Thank you for your interest in Calvary United Methodist Preschool. We are excited you have chosen to explore our preschool as an option for your child’s early learning experience.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the following information will be how our classes will operate for the 2020-2021 school year. The tuition increase reflects fewer students and additional expenses for cleaning.
Morning Pre-K is MWF 9:00-11:30 is FULL.
Afternoon Pre-K is MWF 12:30-3:00 @ $115.00/month (class will be limited to 10 Students). Class will be held in the new preschool room on the upper level.
Morning 3-4’s is T/TH 9:00-11:30 @ $100.00/month (class will be limited to 10 students) Class will be held in the existing preschool room on the lower level.
Each student will pay a non-refundable supply fee of $40.00 that will be included with the enrollment form.
Due to the pandemic, we cannot accept donations of snacks, tissues, paper towels, etc., therefore, we are only accepting monetary snack fees of $20.00 per semester. First semester snack fee should accompany enrollment so we can have snacks ready on the first day.
A minimum number of enrollments must be met in order to open the preschool !
Class size will be STRICTLY limited to 10 per class. NO Exceptions can be made!
Enrollment is on a first come, first served basis only! Your enrollment is not complete until supply and snack fee is paid. The link to our Paypal account will be at the end of the enrollment form. Thanks so much!!
Please read the following information concerning our safety and sanitary protocols before moving on to the enrollment process. Our protocols will need to be a good fit for your child and family.
We will follow best practices for cleaning/sanitizing . Bathrooms will be wiped down between children. We will reinforce hand washing and hand sanitizing frequently throughout the day. Rooms and bathrooms will be cleaned after each class. Custodial staff will then disinfect floors and bathrooms again in the evening.
Classrooms will be physically divided to enhance social distancing and so that children can
be in groups of 5 with 1 teacher.
There will be limited sharing of toys and they will be cleaned after each class.
Teachers will wear masks and children may be required to wear a mask during singing and large motor time. Please work with your child on wearing a mask.
We will run school regularly unless the state or county deems we must close. We will close the school for any cases of Covid in our students or staff. Re-opening will be determined on a case by case basis.
All students will be required to provide an up to date vaccination record by the first day of school.
The staff will meet with each family by appointment in late August. Definite dates will be determined later. Classes will tentatively start on Tuesday, September 8th but may change due to the pandemic.
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have chosen to offer online only registration. Once enrollment, supply fee, and snack fee are received, we will notify you that we have received and accepted your child’s enrollment. Our Paypal link follows the enrollment form.
In addition, because the preschool is non profit, if you feel you would like to make a donation in any amount, it is greatly appreciated!
